Money Gram is a service used to send and receive money fast. Sending and receiving money is done within minutes.

How to send money through Imperial Bank?

1) Requirements

• Valid Identity document such as ID card, Passport or driving license
• Your Receiver's location
• The cash you want to send

2) Complete Form

• Name of person you're sending money to
• Amount you want to send
• City and country where the money will be picked up

3) Present ID and payment to the IBL teller

• Your completed form
• Your Valid ID card
• Payment including fees

4) Get the reference number that should be communicated to the receiver, which will be on the final receipt.

When sending money you can add a personal touch- a 10 word message to the receiver with every transaction.

5) Receiver picks up money at any Money gram agent in his city/Country.

How to receive money through Imperial Bank?

• Come with your valid identity document such as ID card, Passport or driving license
• The reference number from the sender
• Sender's name and address.

Visit any IBL branch, request for a receive form, fill in the details including the reference number .Once all the information has been verified you will be handed the money immediately in Kenya Shillings.

Restrictions and Special Notes

Sending from Kenya:

• Maximum principal send amount is Kshs 387,000/-.

Receiving in Kenya:

• Receiver must be 18 years and above to collect money.
