Imperial Bank officially launched their latest credit card – the Platinum VISA card – at a gala dinner held on Wednesday evening at the Capital Club – one of Kenya’s premier private business clubs. The card has been introduced with the aim to cater to a fast-growing affluent customer segment whose selection of services is pinned on personalized attention and premium service.
During the launch, Imperial Bank’s Head of Corporate Banking, Mr. Sanjeet Shah said;

With the Platinum card, one can stay at hotels such as The Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, The Four Seasons, among others and get VIP guest status’, the best available hotel rates, room upgrades, late check outs and up to 75% discounts at hotel clubs, to mention just a few. Moreover, if you are a frequent traveler, you also get free membership to 600 lounges in 325 airports around the globe.
Future plans are to link the credit card to partnered services where customers get to purchase products & services from the bank’s partner merchants.
The guest speaker at the event was three-time Guinness World record holder, Adrian Hayes, who gave a presentation to the bank’s invited guests.
